Membership terms
1. Membership
Membership is personal and cannot be used by anyone other than the member. Changes to personal data, such as name, address, e-mail, phone number, bank details, account number, etc., must be reported immediately to Nørrebro Hyrox Training Club.
2. Duration
Subscription memberships are ongoing and continue until terminated in accordance with Section 7.
3. Payment
Upon creating a subscription membership, the agreement is registered for card payment. Hereafter, the monthly fee is automatically deducted from the member's account at the beginning of each calendar month. From the age of 30, VAT (Moms) will automatically be included in your membership billing.
4. Late Payment
If the membership is not paid on time, a reminder letter will be sent to the member, and a reminder fee will be charged at the current rate. If the member does not pay within 10 days of the specified due date, Nørrebro Hyrox Training Club has the right to terminate the membership without notice.
5. Price Changes
Price changes are announced via email with a notice period of the current month + 1 month before the changes take effect. If the member does not wish to maintain their membership due to price changes, the member is entitled to terminate their membership following the procedure in Section 7.
6. Freeze Periods (Bero)
A membership can be placed on hold (frozen) for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months per year. However, this cannot be done during the notice period. There is a fee of 50 DKK each time you put your membership on hold.
7. Termination of Memberships
Memberships can be terminated at any time with a notice period of the current month + 1 month. Termination must be done via email; your termination is only considered valid once you have received our confirmation email regarding your cancellation.
In case of doubt as to whether a membership has been terminated, the member must be able to prove receipt of a confirmation email regarding the termination of the membership from Nørrebro Hyrox Training Club & Træning.
8. Minor Members
If a person is under 18 years of age or is legally incapacitated, a membership can only be obtained if a guardian signs up for the membership at the guardian's expense, and the member trains under said person's supervision.
9. Health Status and Personal Injury
All training is at your own risk. A member is personally responsible for being in a state of health that allows participation in activities at Nørrebro Hyrox Training Club.
The center assumes no responsibility for personal injury to a member resulting from an accident or the actions or omissions of other visitors. Otherwise, Danish liability law (Dansk erstatningsret) applies in this area.
10. Valuables
Nørrebro Hyrox Training Club & Træning recommends that all valuables be kept in a locked locker during training. Nørrebro Hyrox Training Club bears no responsibility for loss due to theft or damage to property.
11. Code of Conduct
The applicable rules of conduct (ordensreglement) and instructions must be followed at all times.
12. Exclusion of a Member
Nørrebro Hyrox Training Club may terminate any membership agreement with immediate effect. In such cases, all unused prepayments will be refunded. We do not tolerate doping, violence, or gross misconduct.
13. Changes to Membership Terms
Nørrebro Hyrox Training Club may change the membership terms with a notice period of the current month + 1 month. In the event of significant changes, including changes to membership fees, written notice will be provided.
